Business information

Public directory pages contain business information such as the business name, description, website, phone number and business address. Initial listings are sourced from official business websites and show their source and an Unclaimed label. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, ownership verification or a commercial relationship.

Submissions and corrections

Submit only information you are authorized to provide. New listings are reviewed before publication. Quebec addresses, duplicates, misleading listings and prohibited content are not accepted. Claims, corrections and removals are reviewed before changes are made; a submitted claim does not transfer ownership automatically.

Private information and agency accounts

Contact email addresses supplied with a listing or enquiry are kept out of public directory pages. Agency clients and their email addresses are visible only within the authorized agency workspace and to the service operator as needed to operate the service. Directory submissions and agency accounts require sign-in using the hosting platform’s ChatGPT sign-in service. We do not collect account passwords or payment card numbers.

Reports and sharing

Reports are stored to support comparisons over time. A person with a report’s unguessable link can access the report without signing in, so share links only with intended recipients. Reports include business information and findings, not private client contact emails. Scans read publicly accessible information and do not modify a business’s website.

Service providers

Hosting and storage providers process data needed to operate the service. When external directory discovery is connected, the business search terms are sent to the search provider. When an agency explicitly sends a report and email delivery is connected, the client’s email address and branded report link are sent to the email provider. Indexa does not send marketing emails merely because you submit a listing.

Cookies, retention and deletion

Essential hosting and sign-in cookies may be used. No advertising trackers are added by this application. Records are retained to deliver the requested service and reporting history until a verified deletion request is completed, subject to any required recordkeeping. Use the request form below to ask about access, corrections or deletion. Do not send identity documents or passwords through the form.

Packages and fulfillment

Published package prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. Agency launch pricing is provisional while billing is inactive. A plan selection or enquiry is not a purchase. Work starts after the tasks, access and price are confirmed. Directory publishers control verification, acceptance and duplicate removal. Reports distinguish requests and submissions from confirmed publication. Search rankings are not guaranteed.
